Srinagar, May 30: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday inaugurated the third edition of the Kashmir Literature Festival in Srinagar and called upon writers, intellectuals, and creative thinkers to play a proactive role in shaping a positive national discourse through literature and storytelling.

Addressing participants at the literary gathering, Sinha emphasized the enduring influence of writers in society, stating that literature has the power not only to reflect public sentiment but also to inspire change and shape the course of civilizations.
