Rajasthan Agriculture Minister Kirori Lal Meena has tested positive for swine flu and has been admitted to the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) of Sawai Man Singh Hospital in Jaipur. Doctors and hospital authorities are closely monitoring his health following the diagnosis.

Meena was admitted to the hospital late Tuesday night after developing health-related symptoms. Medical examinations subsequently confirmed that he had contracted the H1N1 virus, commonly known as swine flu. He has been placed under isolation as part of the hospital’s infection-control measures.
