The move is aimed at identifying and resolving recurring issues in the board’s digital portal infrastructure that have impacted several academic and administrative processes.

The decision comes at a crucial time when educational institutions across the country increasingly depend on digital systems for registration, examination-related work, student data uploads, affiliation procedures, and communication with the board.
