A tragic and mysterious incident has been reported from Karnataka where a Bengaluru-based physiotherapist was found dead inside a private homestay, while her boyfriend was discovered unconscious under unclear circumstances. The incident has triggered a detailed police investigation, with authorities working to establish the sequence of events leading to the fatal outcome.

According to preliminary information shared by law enforcement officials, the couple had checked into the homestay a short time before the incident came to light. Staff members became alarmed after repeated attempts to contact the occupants went unanswered, prompting them to alert local authorities. Upon arrival, police forced entry into the room and found the woman unresponsive, while her male companion was in a semi-conscious state.

Emergency medical teams were immediately called to the scene. The woman was declared dead on arrival, while the man was rushed to a nearby hospital for urgent treatment. His condition is being closely monitored, and he is reportedly not in a position to provide a clear statement at this stage.
