Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: A deadly industrial explosion at a factory in Ghaziabad claimed the lives of two workers and left another critically injured after a high-pressure compressor unit suddenly burst during routine operations on Saturday. The incident has raised fresh concerns over safety compliance in industrial units operating across the region.

The explosion reportedly occurred inside the factory premises when the compressor system malfunctioned under pressure, triggering a powerful blast. The impact was severe enough to cause instant fatalities for two workers who were stationed nearby, while another worker suffered serious injuries.

The sudden blast led to chaos within the facility as workers rushed to safety amid panic. Debris from the explosion scattered across the work area, causing additional damage to machinery and intensifying the shock among employees present at the site.

Emergency services were immediately informed, and rescue teams arrived quickly to control the situation and assist the injured. The critically injured worker was transported to a nearby hospital, where doctors confirmed that he is undergoing intensive treatment and remains under close medical observation. 

Police officials and administrative authorities reached the factory shortly after the incident. The site was secured, and a detailed inspection was carried out to assess the extent of damage and gather initial evidence. The bodies of the deceased workers were sent for post-mortem examination.
