Officials say that on the day of the raids, investigative teams entered premises connected to Chaitanyananda, including his private institute and residences believed to have sheltered him while he was evading arrest. In sweep operations across locations such as Bageshwar, Almora, and other sites in Uttarakhand, they unearthed a number of controversial items. Among these were sex toys, five compact discs purportedly containing pornographic material, and three photographs alleged to have been forged, showing Chaitanyananda posed alongside prominent world leaders.

According to police, the fabricated images appear to depict interactions with figures like the Indian Prime Minister, a former US President, and a UK leader. Investigators are examining these to determine whether they were digitally manipulated to artificially embellish the godman’s prestige and mislead followers into believing in his alleged global influence.

The raids followed Chaitanyananda’s arrest by Delhi Police in Agra on September 28, after a prolonged period of being at large. He was apprehended in connection with accusations of sexual harassment made by 17 women students, who have alleged that the godman exploited his spiritual position to target them.
