DUSU Election Results 2025: ABVP’s Aryan Mann Wins President, NSUI’s Rahul Jhansla Takes VP Post

The Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) Election 2025 results have been announced, showcasing a strong performance by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP).

Aryan Mann of ABVP secured a decisive victory in the Presidential race, garnering 24,476 votes and leaving his nearest rival, NSUI candidate Joslyn Nandita Chaudhary, far behind with 10,814 votes.

ABVP continued its dominance with Kunal Chaudhary winning the Secretary post with 20,554 votes and Deepika Jha clinching the Joint Secretary position with 18,500 votes.

However, the Vice President post went to NSUI candidate Rahul Jhansla, who secured 23,744 votes, defeating ABVP’s Govind Tanwar, who received 17,847 votes.

This year’s DUSU election witnessed high voter turnout and intense competition among candidates from ABVP, NSUI, and AISA-SFI.

With Aryan Mann leading the students’ union, DUSU 2025 is expected to focus on active student participation, representation, and reforms in campus governance, reflecting the diverse political choices of the university’s student body.
