Actress Kajal Aggarwal has dismissed circulating rumours claiming she was involved in an accident or that she had passed away. Taking to her Instagram story on Monday, September 8, the actress clarified the situation and assured fans of her well-being.
Kajal wrote, “I’ve come across some baseless news claiming I was in an accident (and no longer around!) and honestly, it’s quite amusing because it’s absolutely untrue. By the grace of God, I want to assure you all that I am perfectly fine, safe, and doing very well.” She further requested fans not to believe or spread such false reports, emphasizing the importance of focusing on positivity and truth.

The clarification comes after a series of unverified social media posts and reports caused confusion and concern among her followers. Kajal, a prominent figure in both South and Hindi cinema, has maintained a strong fan base across India with notable films such as Magadheera, Singham, and Thuppakki, and is admired for her candid connection with fans on social media.
On the work front, Kajal was last seen in a cameo role in Kannappa and earlier appeared in Salman Khan’s Sikander. She has several upcoming projects, including The India Story and Indian 3. Additionally, she is slated to play Mandodari, Raavan’s wife, in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, which will release in two parts—first on Diwali 2026 and the second in Diwali 2027.
The film also stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Raavan, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, Ravie Dubey as Lakshman, Arun Govil as Dasharath, and Rakul Preet Singh as Surpanakha, among others.
