A source quoted by Deccan Chronicle stated, “This unique narrative featuring Kareena as a ghost boasts a fresh script and aims to create a new niche within the ghost genre. It’s a playful, genre-blending approach, and Kareena is an ideal fit for it.”

The report further reveals that the screenplay is penned by Hussain Dalal, recognized for his regular collaborations with Ayan Mukerji, including Brahmastra Part 1. It is claimed that the film will showcase Kareena in a romantic relationship with an actor in his early 20s. However, official confirmation on this matter is still pending.
