Bollywood actor Salman Khan has sold an apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for ₹5.35 crore, as per property registration documents examined by Square Yards.
According to property registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), which were reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment sold by Salman Khan is situated in Shiv Asthan Heights. It features a built-up area of 122.45 sq. m.
The deal also encompasses three car parking spaces. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 32.01 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000. The registration of the transaction took place on July 15, 2025, as indicated.
In 2023, Khan rented the Shiv Asthan Heights tower on 16th Road in Bandra West for a monthly fee of ₹1.5 lakh. A report from the Hindustan Times in 2023 mentioned that the rent rose to ₹1.57 lakh in the second year and ₹1.65 lakh in the third year. The 1,318 sq ft apartment on the 14th floor of the tower was leased for a 36-month term to Rajesh Harishchandra Gandhi, with the agreement registered on February 16, 2023.
Salman Khan was unavailable for comment.

As per documents obtained from Propstack, Khan leased out 23,042 sq ft of retail space he owns in the Santacruz area of Mumbai to Landcraft Retail Pvt Ltd for ₹90 lakh per month. The commercial property was rented at an annual rate of approximately ₹12 crore, with a security deposit amounting to ₹5.4 crore.
