In the case of Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Eidgah, the Allahabad High Court dismissed a petition on Friday that sought to designate the Eidgah mosque as a “disputed structure” in all forthcoming legal matters.

The court indicated that making such a declaration would be tantamount to prejudging the issue, which remains under consideration.

As reported by LiveLaw, Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra, who is overseeing the case, remarked orally that the application was being rejected “at this stage.”
