A devastating explosion occurred at a pharmaceutical factory in Telangana’s Sangareddy district on Monday morning, resulting in the deaths of at least 42 individuals and injuring many others.

The explosion caused the three-storey building of Sigachi Industries Limited, located in the Pashamylaram industrial area approximately 50 km from Hyderabad, to collapse, marking it as one of the most severe industrial disasters the state has experienced in recent years.

Rescue teams continue to search through the wreckage, and officials are concerned that the death toll may increase as more bodies are discovered among the debris.
