Lucknow Widow Alleges Abduction, Drugging and Attempted Sexual Assault Over Land Dispute

A shocking case involving allegations of abduction, drugging and an attempted sexual assault has emerged from Lucknow, where a widow has accused several individuals of targeting her in connection with a property dispute. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the serious allegations after the woman approached authorities seeking justice.

According to the complaint filed by the woman, the incident was allegedly planned under the pretext of resolving issues related to land ownership documents. She claimed that the accused contacted her with assurances that they would help settle the pending property matter and asked her to meet them. Believing that the meeting would help resolve the dispute, she agreed to accompany them.

The woman alleged that she was picked up in a sport utility vehicle (SUV), where she was offered a soft drink during the journey. Shortly after consuming the beverage, she reportedly began feeling dizzy and weak, leading her to suspect that an intoxicating substance had been mixed into the drink.

As her condition deteriorated, she claimed that the accused attempted to sexually assault her inside the moving vehicle. According to her statement, she resisted despite her weakened condition and tried to protect herself. She further alleged that the suspects threatened her with dire consequences if she disclosed the incident to anyone.

The complainant also stated that the accused had been attempting to pressure her regarding the disputed property and that the alleged assault was connected to efforts to force her into surrendering land-related rights or documents. She believes the attack was premeditated and motivated by the ongoing dispute over the property.

After managing to escape the situation, the woman informed her family members and later approached the police to lodge a formal complaint. Based on her allegations, police registered a First Information Report (FIR) under relevant provisions of the law dealing with abduction, administering intoxicating substances, attempted sexual assault, criminal intimidation and other applicable offences.

Investigating officers have begun collecting evidence, including statements from the complainant and potential witnesses. Authorities are also examining the sequence of events described in the complaint and are expected to review available CCTV footage from locations connected to the alleged incident. Technical evidence, call records and other forensic leads may also form part of the investigation.

Police officials have stated that every aspect of the complaint will be thoroughly examined before further legal action is taken. Efforts are underway to identify and question all individuals named in the FIR. Investigators are also working to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the alleged meeting and verify the claims related to the disputed land documents.

The case has once again drawn attention to crimes involving women and the misuse of trust in disputes concerning property and financial interests. Legal experts note that allegations of administering intoxicating substances to facilitate crimes are treated with utmost seriousness and require detailed forensic and investigative examination.

Officials have urged the public not to speculate about the case while the investigation remains ongoing. They have assured that appropriate action will be taken based on the evidence collected during the course of the inquiry.

The investigation is continuing, and police are expected to submit further findings as more evidence becomes available. The allegations made in the complaint are currently under investigation, and the accused will have the opportunity to present their version during the legal process.
