A horrific road accident on a highway in Gujarat claimed the lives of four passengers after a luxury bus collided with a stationary or slow-moving tanker, triggering a massive fire that engulfed the vehicle within moments. Several other passengers are believed to have sustained injuries in the incident, while rescue teams rushed to the spot to carry out relief and evacuation operations.

According to initial information, the impact of the collision was severe, causing the bus to catch fire almost immediately. The blaze spread rapidly through the vehicle, trapping passengers inside and leaving little time for escape. Eyewitnesses reported scenes of panic and chaos as thick smoke and flames engulfed the bus.

Local residents and passing motorists were among the first to alert emergency services. Fire brigade units and police teams soon arrived at the scene and launched firefighting and rescue operations. Firefighters worked to bring the blaze under control, but the intensity of the fire had already caused extensive damage to the bus.   

Authorities confirmed that four passengers were charred to death in the fire.
