Khalistani Terrorists Open Fire At Kapil Sharma’s Cafe In Canada

At least nine shots were fired at comedian Kapil Sharma’s cafe in Canada, shortly after its grand opening. Khalistani terrorist Harjeet Singh Laddi has claimed responsibility for the incident, which fortunately resulted in no injuries.

The establishment, named Kap’s Cafe, marks Mr. Sharma’s debut in the restaurant business, with his wife Ginni Chatrath also playing a role in the project. Located in Surrey, British Columbia, the cafe had its soft launch just days prior.

A video captured on Wednesday night (Canada time) depicts a man in a vehicle discharging at least nine shots at the cafe’s window in rapid succession.

Authorities have identified Laddi as one of the most wanted terrorists by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), linked to the Babbar Khalsa International. Reports suggest he orchestrated the shooting due to being provoked by a previous comment made by the comedian.

Following the shooting, police and forensic teams quickly arrived at the scene, and an investigation is currently in progress.

Harjeet Singh Laddi is also sought by the NIA for the murder of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Vikas Prabhakar, also known as Vikas Bagga. The VHP leader was fatally shot at his shop in Rupnagar district, Punjab, in April 2024.
