Is Asim Munir of Pakistan inciting anti-India feelings with yet another speech?

Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir is once again expressing animosity towards India.

During a recent speech in Karachi, Munir accused India, without providing any proof, of escalating tensions in the Kashmir region following the terror attack in Pahalgam on April 22.

This is not the first occasion on which Munir has criticized India.

Previously, following the Pahalgam attack, intelligence officials indicated that a speech by Munir, in which he referred to Kashmir as the “jugular vein of Pakistan,” might have incited the terror attack that resulted in the deaths of 26 tourists in Jammu and Kashmir.
