Delhi: The 71st National Film Awards ceremony, held on September 23, 2025, in Delhi, saw a star-studded presence including Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Mohanlal, Vikrant Massey, and several other prominent Indian celebrities.
The ceremony is being telecast live on Doordarshan National’s YouTube channel, giving fans their first glimpse of the awardees and attendees.

Shah Rukh Khan was honored with the Best Actor award for his performance in Jawan, while Vikrant Massey also received the Best Actor accolade.
Rani Mukerji won the Best Actress award for her role in Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway, and Mohanlal was conferred with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award.

Additionally, Janki Bodiwali received the Best Supporting Actress award for her performance in the Gujarati film Vash.

During the event, Shah Rukh Khan was seen assisting Rani Mukerji with her saree, reflecting a gracious gesture of camaraderie as the two Bollywood icons sat side by side. Fans are excited as the duo is also set to appear together in the upcoming film King.

Following the announcement of the awards last month, SRK expressed his gratitude on social media, saying, “Thank you for honouring me with the National Award. Thanks to the jury, the I&B ministry. Iss samman ke liye Bharat Sarkar ka dhanyawaad. Overwhelmed with the love showered upon me.” He added, “Needless to say, I am overwhelmed with gratitude, pride, and humility. To be honoured with the National Award is a moment that I will cherish for a lifetime.”
