New Delhi: Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday hailed the security forces for a significant success in the ongoing fight against Naxalism, calling it another major victory against red terror.
In a social media post, Amit Shah revealed that security forces eliminated two senior Naxal Central Committee members – Katta Ramachandra Reddy and Kadri Satyanarayan Reddy – in an encounter in the Abujhmad region of Narayanpur district, located along the Maharashtra-Chhattisgarh border.
The Home Minister said that security forces are systematically dismantling the top leadership of the Naxals, which he described as a crucial step towards breaking the backbone of left-wing extremism in the country.
Shah praised the relentless efforts of the police and paramilitary forces, stating that such operations will pave the way for peace and development in Naxal-affected regions.
