Debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, who won hearts with their performances in the film Saiyaara, are reportedly in a committed relationship. Their on-screen chemistry had sparked rumours of a real-life romance, which now appear to be true.

According to sources close to YRF’s Aditya Chopra, the duo grew close while shooting for Saiyaara, with friendship gradually blossoming into love. A source stated, “Theirs is one of the most beautiful love stories in the entertainment industry. She was innocent and vulnerable, and he looked after her during the shoot. Eventually, friendship turned into deep love.”

Despite their romance, the couple has been asked to maintain privacy due to the film industry dynamics. Aditya Chopra believes that their relationship status could impact their popularity.

Both Ahaan and Aneet have signed separate three-film contracts with the producer, highlighting their individual careers alongside their personal relationship.

In a sweet revelation to The Hollywood Reporter India, Aneet shared that Ahaan had accompanied her to Mount Mary Church before she signed Saiyaara. She said, “We lit a candle and sat in the car. I asked him, ‘What did you wish for?’ He looked at me and asked the same question. A week later, I got the call that I’d landed the role. He said, ‘Of course, I’d wished that you’d get the role!’”

Since the release of Saiyaara, the couple has often been spotted together in Mumbai, including shopping trips with Ahaan’s mother, Deanne Panday, and attending Raksha Bandhan celebrations at Ananya Panday’s residence.

Fans are excited about the budding relationship but respect the couple’s decision to keep their romance private.
