The Chief Minister directed police and administrative officials to ensure smooth arrangements, tight security, and maximum convenience for participants and visitors. He stressed that the event must showcase the state’s traditions, skills, and products on an international platform while aligning with the ‘Vocal for Local’ and ‘Make in India’ initiatives.
Emphasizing district-level participation, the Chief Minister instructed that each district should set up dedicated One District, One Product (ODOP) stalls to display their unique handicrafts, food products, and industrial goods to international buyers and investors.

In an effort to give Khadi, handicrafts, and village industries global recognition, the Chief Minister announced that experts from leading film cities will be invited to participate in the fashion show segment of UPITS-2025.
Dedicated catwalks and exhibitions will display the superior quality and aesthetic appeal of traditional products, helping strengthen the rural economy while promoting local artisans and designers.
