Telangana: In a shocking incident that has sparked outrage, a Class 10 student collapsed and died on the grounds of a private school in Telangana’s Hanumakonda district on Wednesday.

The incident, which occurred in the Nayeemnagar area, was captured on the school’s CCTV cameras and the video has since gone viral on social media.

The deceased student, identified as Jayanth (15), was reportedly playing with other students when he suddenly fell unconscious and began bleeding from his ears and nose. The horrifying scene caused panic among students and staff present at the spot. Jayanth was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital but doctors declared him dead on arrival.

Following the tragedy, Jayanth’s parents accused the school staff and teachers of negligence, alleging that their son had been brutally beaten, which they claim led to his death.

They have demanded strict action against those responsible. The police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident. The exact cause of death will be determined after the post-mortem examination, and further action will be taken based on the report’s findings.

In a similar incident reported from Betma in Madhya Pradesh, an 11-year-old girl, identified as Lakshita Patel, died of sudden cardiac arrest while playing on her school premises. She was a Class 6 student at Era Academy School.
