Bollywood star Tiger Shroff, who is currently basking in the success of Baaghi 4, has sold his luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Khar locality for a whopping ₹15.60 crore. The transaction was registered in September 2025, according to property documents accessed by real estate portal Square Yards via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website.
The apartment, located in the premium Rustomjee Paramount project, offers a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq. ft. (184.85 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 2,189 sq. ft. (203.34 sq. m.). The deal also included three car parking spaces.
To complete the transaction, Tiger Shroff paid ₹93.60 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration charges. The actor had originally purchased the property in 2018 for ₹11.62 crore, which means he earned a profit of nearly ₹3.98 crore in seven years.
Khar continues to be one of Mumbai’s most desirable real estate hubs, blending luxury living with excellent connectivity. The locality offers access to the Western Express Highway, upcoming Metro lines, and prime business districts such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
On the professional front, Tiger Shroff made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with Heropanti alongside Kriti Sanon. He has since starred in blockbusters like War, Heropanti 2, Baaghi franchise, Ganapath, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, and Singham Again. His latest film, Baaghi 4, released on April 5, 2025, where he starred opposite Harnaaz Sandhu. The film received mixed reviews from audiences and critics.
