Actor Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja, who have been in the spotlight amid ongoing divorce rumors, celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi together, signaling unity and dismissing speculation. The couple welcomed Lord Ganesha at their Mumbai home and posed happily for photographs, dressed in matching maroon outfits. Govinda wore a maroon kurta, while Sunita opted for a maroon saree.

Videos from the celebration show the couple smiling for the cameras and interacting warmly with paparazzi. They even distributed sweets to the photographers and invited them inside to see their Ganesh idol. Their son Yashvardhan Ahuja also joined in the festivities.

While the couple did not explicitly comment on the divorce rumors, Sunita used the occasion to clarify a recent statement about actor Ahaan Panday. Earlier, she was quoted as saying her son’s debut film would be better than Ahaan’s successful launch, Saiyaara. Addressing this, Sunita said, “I didn’t say anything like that. I am very happy for Ahaan Panday and I wish him success. I never made such remarks. I also love Yash Raj Films. Please don’t spread these rumors.”

Meanwhile, Govinda took a moment to promote Sunita’s newly launched YouTube vlog, stating, “She has started her vlog and it’s doing well. I request everyone to support her channel.”

Interestingly, in one of her recent vlogs, Sunita spoke about the divorce rumors. During a temple visit, she said she had prayed for her marriage to Govinda and believed the Goddess fulfilled all her wishes, including blessing her with two children. She added, “There are ups and downs in every life. But whoever tries to break my home, Maa Kaali is there.”
