The speculation surrounding Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film with Siddharth Anand has finally been put to rest. The superstar confirmed during his popular #AskSRK session on X that his next big-screen outing is indeed titled “King.”

A fan asked, “When is your next movie releasing? Is it King or any other movie?” To this, Shah Rukh Khan replied, “Just KING… naam toh suna hoga?”

Another fan asked about the timeline of the release, to which SRK dropped more hints, stating: “Did some good shoot… starting soon again. Only leg shots, then move to the upper body… Insha Allah, it will be done fast. @justSidAnand is working hard to finish.” This confirms that Siddharth Anand is actively working on completing the project.

About Shah Rukh Khan’s Recent Injury

Last month, reports surfaced claiming that Shah Rukh Khan sustained an injury on the sets of King. Although the injury was not serious, it reportedly caused delays in the film’s shooting schedule, now expected to resume in September.

A source close to the actor told  that SRK has dealt with similar injuries in the past during various shoots, which sometimes flare up. For proper treatment and care, he occasionally travels to the United States.

Fans are eagerly waiting for an official announcement and release date for King, which is expected to be one of the most anticipated Bollywood films of the year.
