Mumbai: Actor Ibrahim Ali Khan seems to be quite occupied with a series of upcoming projects. After the recent release of ‘Sarzameen,’ he has commenced work on his next film, titled ‘Diler.’

The actor posted a behind-the-scenes image of himself, seemingly taken inside a recording studio, to keep his fans updated.

As per the post, ‘Diler’ is produced under the banner of Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. It is directed by Kunal Deshmukh, who is recognized for his works such as ‘Jannat,’ ‘Tum Mile,’ and ‘Shiddat.’

Earlier this January, the team completed filming ‘Diler,’ which has been shot in Chandigarh, Mumbai, London, and various other locations. Kunal Deshmukh’s wife, Sonali Rattan, shared multiple images to celebrate the film’s completion.

“Diler shoot wraps. What a ride,” she captioned. The post included a cheerful photo of Ibrahim with his director, as well as another with both Kunal Deshmukh and Sonali Rattan. Additionally, the post showcased a behind-the-scenes image of Sreeleela, indicating her participation in the project.

Alongside Ibrahim as the lead, the film is expected to feature South actress Sreeleela in the female lead role. Further information regarding the film’s storyline or casting has not been disclosed.

On the professional front, Ibrahim Ali Khan was recently featured in Kayoze Irani’s ‘Sarzameen,’ which also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kajol. He played the role of an Army officer’s son who was abducted by terrorists and returns home after many years.

The movie narrates the tale of Vijay Menon (Prithviraj), who struggles to balance his responsibilities as both a father and a soldier. Kajol portrays Vijay Menon’s mother, a woman ready to battle against any challenges for the sake of her family.
