Ajaz Khan Denied Anticipatory Bail by Tis Hazari Court in Pornographic Content Case

The Tis Hazari Court in Delhi has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of actor Ajaz Khan in a case involving the alleged publication and circulation of pornographic content online. The court observed that Khan had failed to comply with two investigation notices issued by the authorities, and emphasized that his custodial interrogation was necessary to collect vital digital evidence.

Ajaz Khan’s legal representative argued that the actor has been falsely implicated, alleging that the complainant’s son, a YouTuber, had defamed Khan through social media and video content. However, the Delhi Police maintained that Khan had uploaded objectionable videos that targeted the complainant and her daughter, and had also issued threats to the family. Despite being served with two official notices, Khan did not appear for questioning, the police added.

In a related development, Ajaz Khan is also facing separate legal trouble in Mumbai. He was recently booked for rape by the Charkop Police after a complaint by an actress, who accused him of sexually assaulting her under the pretext of marriage. The case has been registered under the newly enacted Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) sections 64, 64(2)(M), 69, and 74. According to the complaint, the actress claimed that Khan offered her a role in his OTT series House Arrest and other projects. She alleged that he proposed to her and assured her of marriage before sexually assaulting her at his residence on March 25. She further stated that Khan repeated the assault in the following days, continuing to make false promises of marriage, and even told her that his religion allows up to four marriages.

Police officials have confirmed that further investigations in both cases are ongoing.
