Actor Shehnaaz Gill has been admitted to the hospital due to an unexpected health issue, although the precise cause has not been officially confirmed. On Monday, fellow actor and ‘Bigg Boss 18’ champion Karan Veer Mehra visited her and subsequently shared a video update with fans on social media, encouraging them to keep her in their thoughts and prayers.

In the video, Shehnaaz is shown resting on a hospital bed with an IV drip connected, while Karan Veer playfully teases her. “Look at this poor girl… what has happened to her?” he remarks, directing the camera towards her bandaged hand. Despite appearing unwell, Shehnaaz attempts to hide her face with a smile, revealing glimpses of her signature spirit. “He’s making me laugh,” she joked, before adding that she intends to recover quickly and perhaps even celebrate again.

Although no official announcement has been made, it is reported that Shehnaaz is receiving treatment for low blood pressure and is currently on a glucose drip to support her recovery.

Karan Veer, who is preparing for a significant role in Omung Kumar’s upcoming film, concluded the video with a sincere message stating, “I need you all to pray really hard that this girl, with full energy, gets back as soon as possible.”

Shehnaaz, who rose to fame after her stint on ‘Bigg Boss 13’, made her Bollywood debut in ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ alongside Salman Khan and was most recently featured in ‘Thank You For Coming’, which debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival.

She also appeared in a recent song, ‘Sajna Ve Sajna’, with Rajkummar Rao.
