Chennai: Actor SJ Suryah is preparing to take on the role of director after nearly ten years with the film ‘Killer’. He has unveiled the first look of his character from the movie.

In a post on his Instagram account, SJ Suryah shared a poster that shows him holding a gun while standing beside a luxury car. In another poster, he is seen with actress Preethi Asrani, who plays the lead female role in the film.

According to the first look poster, SJ Suryah seems to portray a gangster skilled in the use of firearms. Preethi Asrani is anticipated to be SJ Suryah’s love interest in the film.

The film is produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the Sree Gokulam Movies banner. The music for the film is composed by the Oscar-winning musician AR Rahman.

The filmmakers have yet to disclose further details about the movie. Fans are eagerly looking forward to updates regarding the film.

SJ Suryah’s previous directorial effort was Isai, released in 2015. This film marked his return to directing after a five-year break since 2010, and it was also his debut as a music director.

The cast also includes Sathyaraj and Sulagna Panigrahi in significant roles.

In addition, SJ Suryah is set to share the screen with actor Ravi Mohan for the first time in their upcoming film ‘Bro Code’. This project will be directed by filmmaker Karthik Yogi, known for works like ‘Dikkiloona’ and ‘Vadakkupatti Ramasamy’.

On his X account, director Karthik Yogi announced this new project, which will feature the well-known actors Ravi Mohan and SJ Suryah.

Ravi Mohan will produce the film through his production company, Ravi Mohan Studios. The release date for the movie has not yet been revealed by the producers.
