Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa exchanged vows on November 15, 2021, after a relationship that lasted 11 years. They first crossed paths on the set of their 2014 film Citylights, where their friendship evolved into a romantic relationship.

He proposed to Patralekhaa during a private ceremony in October 2021, and they tied the knot a month later on November 15 in Chandigarh. Their wedding was an intimate and beautiful affair attended by close friends and family. The actress wore a red sari adorned with a Bengali verse on her veil, while Rajkummar looked elegant in ivory.

Returning to Bhumi, she has collaborated with Rajkummar Rao in films such as Badhaai Do and Bheed.
