In a dramatic turn of events in the Trump-Musk fallout saga, the CEO of Tesla has initiated his own “America Party”.

Musk criticized the current political landscape in the US on Saturday (local time), expressing concerns over the limited choices available, stating, “we live in a one-party system, not a democracy.”

The newly established America Party, which claims to be “The party that actually represents America!” in a post on X, declared, “We’ve tried red. We’ve tried blue. America is ready for something that actually works. America Party — The middle has a voice now.”

Among the various posts was one that stated, “The silent majority isn’t silent anymore. This is the moment everything shifts. The America Party is now here — and it’s the answer to a system that stopped listening.”

This announcement follows Musk’s poll on the social media platform X, where he asked users if he should launch a party, with 65 percent responding in favor.

“By a factor of 2 to 1, you want a new political party and you shall have it! When it comes to bankrupting our country with waste & graft, we live in a one-party system, not a democracy. Today, the America Party is formed to give you back your freedom,” Musk stated on X.
