Prime Minister Narendra Modi made history on Thursday by addressing the Ghanaian parliament, marking the first time in thirty years that an Indian Prime Minister has done so for one of Africa’s emerging economies. During his speech, he referred to Ghana as a source of inspiration for the African continent.
“Ghana is a nation that shines with democracy and excellence,” PM Modi stated.
